This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2015 on the file of Kothagudem I Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 380, 468 r/ w 511 IPC. After arguing the matter for awhile, Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1 In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Police of Kothagudem I Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er . With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
