It is the case of the petitioner that she made an application on 08-06-2018 through E-Seva for modification and deletion of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2-10 cents in Sy.No.1415 situated at Macherla Town, Guntur District from 22-A Register. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
