Sri B. Parameshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner - Management of M/s. Asrani Tubes Limited, submits that he has no instructions in these matters and similar writ petitions filed by the petitioner - Management of M/s. Asrani Tubes Limited were dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
