2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none has appeared for the petitioner and no proof of service was filed. Perused the record.
3. A perusal of the record would reveal that the calendar case is of the year 2016 and petitioner-complainant failed to prosecute the case. Interim orders granted by this Court expired on 22 .12.20 17. The stage of the case in the trial Court is not known. Therefore, I find no reason to keep the petition pending.
