THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45436 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging registration of Crime No.101 of 2016, dated 03.12.2016, by respondent No.3 (now it is transferred to respondent No.2).

This Court after carefully perusing the complaint, modified the order, dated 26.12.2016, passed by this Court by subsequent order, dated 02.03.2017.

Though notice was served on respondent No.4, none appeared on his behalf.

In the circumstances, the order, dated 02.03.2017, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to go ahead with the investigation, but shall not arrest petitioner No.2 against whom there was no allegation of violation of the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, shall be treated as final order in the writ petition.
