CVNR,J & GSP,J W.A.No.881 of 2016 21.09.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the common order, dated 03.06.2016, in respect of W.P.No.17991 of 2014. 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that this writ appeal can be disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 07.09.2016, in W.A.No.823 of 2016 and batch. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned judgment, with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ appeal, W.A.M.P.No.2081 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
