THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43830 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 14.09.2018 to the 1st respondent to regularize his services as Non-Medical Assistant in Pharmacology but the 1st respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.14.09.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
