This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition imposed for depositing of a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by the petitioner in the order dated 16-03-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.543 of 2016 in C.C.No.476 of 2015 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of by modifying the impugned order as follows:
