THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12532 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.54 of 2010 on the file of Station House Officer, Karkhana Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 473 and 420 read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court and hence the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
