V.Kattaiah, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43813 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
A perusal of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2018 goes to show that no particulars are given about the suit number and other particulars, though in the affidavit, suit particulars are given. If the petitioner has acquired the subject property, he has to make necessary application in Form 6-A as rightly contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The application made by the petitioner is very vague. It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not made any such application under Form 6-A for grant of pattadar pass books.
In view of above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6-A with full particulars before the competent authority and on such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
