THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9813 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to call for the records from the Respondents and issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not regularizing services of petitioner on par with co-employees from the date of his reinstatement, i.e., 2007 and not paying minimum time scale of pay as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory, amounts to an act of victimization and unfair labour practice and also violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and grant all consequential benefits."
2. Heard Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 31.01.2016 to the 1st respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.
4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the
petitioner, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 31.01.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
