HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 9328 OF 2002 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. 2.

The petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 4.9.2001 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential memo dated 29.4.2002 issued by the 3rd respondent and seeking a consequential relief directing the respondents to continue him as Physical Director at MG Government Junior College, Narayanapuram, West Godavari District, till absorbing his services in Government service.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 14.05.2002 to the effect that the posting of the petitioner pursuant to the impugned order dated 29.4.2002 shall be to a place as nearer as possible and the same shall be issued within a period of one week from that day. 4.

In view of the interim orders, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
