THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1175 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2016 on the file of Town-1, Nizamabad Police Station, Nizamabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police filed final report referring the case matter pertains to civil case. Therefore, no further orders need to be passed as the proceedings were closed.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
