This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ajay Kumar Madisetty, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

TTIE HON'BLE JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN MINAL PETITI N No.l29 0 of20 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dt.28.12.2020 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file vide PRC.No.6 of 2019. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the proceedings in the above said PRC.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
