With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to

work it out on merits. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Order accordingly.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
