THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRL.P.MP.No.12148 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10942 OF 2017 ORDER:

CRL.P.MP.No. 12148 OF 2017 This criminal petition is filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise by compounding the offences in C.C.No.207 of 2015 pending on the file of Special Excise Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy.

The petitioners/A-1 to A-4 and the defacto complainant/second respondent are present and they are identified by their respective counsels and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity. A matrimonial settlement deed dated 10.10.2017 is filed by both parties, when terms of compromise are explained in Urdu language by Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, they are admitted to be true and correct. Further, it is now submitted that, both the parties voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.

Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the matrimonial settlement deed dated 10.10.2017 filed along with this petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

MSM,J CrlP_10942_2017 Crl.P.NO.10942 OF 2017 In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRLP.MP. No. 12148 of 2017, this criminal petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
