HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.44275 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he lodged a complaint on 14-11-2018 to the 4th respondent for stopping the construction on the entire land bearing survey No.340/2, Narsingi, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. According to the petitioner, the subject land is a private land and he is seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to involve himself in the civil disputes.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is for the petitioner to approach civil Court and obtain orders and he cannot seek a direction to the 4th respondent to involve in the civil disputes.

Accordingly, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
