This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.419/E4/SSA/2015 dated 07.10.2015 of respondent No.3 by rejecting the case of petitioner for re-engaging the petitioner as a Divisional Level Monitoring Team Member for the year 2015-2016 as highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory, without any application of mind and also in violation of Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and set-aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-engage the petitioner as Divisional Level Monitoring Team Member for the academic year 2016-2017 in the same place with all consequential benefits."

Since the period mentioned in the relief sought for is completed, no orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
