THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI WRIT PETITION No.23951 OF 2016 ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not providing police protection to life and property of the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to provide police protection to the life as well as petitioner's property. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration, as such the writ petition becomes infructuous. 3.
Recording the submission of the leamed counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
