This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not issuing e-pattadar passbook without digital signature of the concerned Tahsildar.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that without making any application, straightaway the petitioner filed the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that fresh application will be made by the petitioner.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in respect of issuance of e-passbook with digital signature in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4-66 cents in Sy.No.86-A/1 situated at Tudicherla Village and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of making application. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
