Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.330, dated 28.12.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner shall make an application before the first respondent bringing to their notice the benefit given to other persons, who stands on the same footing as that of the petitioner seeking 400 percent TDS, in view of the latest G.O., in which event the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the first respondent bringing to their notice the benefit given to other persons, who stands on the same footing as that of the petitioner seeking 400 percent TDS, in view of the latest G.O., in which event the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
