The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof and the earlier orders dated 21-11-2017 & 23-11-2017 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, Advocate for the petitioner-accused and of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER:
"This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 409 and 506 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.
The dispute appears to be civil in nature.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner-accused is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class concerned, within 15 days from today. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall release the petitioner-accused on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- without sureties.

Personal appearance of the Station House Officer is dispensed with. The S.H.O. is directed to be very careful in future with regard to this kind of litigation.
