HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2771 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

The present criminal revision case is filed questioning the orders dated 08.09.2017 passed in M.P.No.24 of 2017 in M.P.No.157 of 2015 in M.C.No.72 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Family Judge at Secunderabad directing the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.64,000/- within two months from the date of the order failing which issue salary attachment against the petitioner on process. In the light of the orders passed by this Court today in Crl.R.c.No.1559 of 2017, this criminal revision case is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to make the payments as ordered by this Court in Crl.R.C.M.P.No.2515 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.1559 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 till the disposal of the main maintenance case. It is made clear that the arrears of maintenance shall also be calculated on the basis of the above said orders dated 14.06.2017 and the same has to be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
