The only grievance of the petitioner in WP.No.43827 of 2018 is that he filed appeal dated 24-09-2018 under Section 15(15) of Board Standing Orders questioning the patta granted to the unofficial respondent in respect of subject land. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. The other WPNo.25970 of 2018 is filed stating that though patta is granted in favour of the petitioner, who is unofficial respondent in WP.No.43827 of 2018, respondents are trying to interfere with her possession over the subject land without following due process of law. In this writ petition, this Court has already granted status-quo regarding possession on 26-07-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in WP.No.25970 of 2018 and counsel for unofficial respondent in WP.No.43827 of 2018 submit that the appeal is filed belatedly. But learned counsel for petitioner in WP.No.43827 of 2018 submits that the petitioner came to know about the impugned proceedings in the appeal recently.

The aforesaid aspects have to be considered, while deciding the appeal by the 4th respondent. It is needless to mention that the 4th respondent shall issue notice to unofficial respondent in WP.No.43827 of 2018 and the petitioner in WP.No.25970 of 2018 and dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till disposal of the appeal, status-quo order granted in WP.No.25970 of 2018 shall continue.

Accordingly, both the writ petitions are disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 18-12-2018 Note:
