THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7180 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 24.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.737 of 2018 in O.S.No.42 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
