HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.44612 of 2016 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction against the fourth respondent for interference in the personal affairs of the petitioner at the behest of the fifth respondent.
A counter affidavit is filed by the fourth respondent stating that the petitioner has not given any complaint to the S.R. Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad and the station records were verified after filing the writ petition and they also do not disclose any complaint. The petitioner herein in order to settling his personal scores with the fifth respondent impleaded the respondents 3 and 4 unnecessarily. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. It is needless to observe that it is open to the petitioner as well as to the fifth respondent to approach the concerned Civil Court for settling their personal grievances. In respect of their personal grievances the respondents 3 and 4 shall not interfere without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
