SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Criminal Petition No.12939 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the C.C. No.272 of 2018 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Section 420 of IPC and Section 66(c)(d) of ITA Act.

After hearing the matter to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition.

Permission is accorded. This criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh petition. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
