This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rules 1 and 2 CPC assailing the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.1536 of 2018 in O.S.No.625 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Chief Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The appeal is filed against an ex parte interim injunction order.

At the time of arguments, the only request made by the learned counsel for the appellant is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1536 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

In the result, the C.M.A. is disposed of directing the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.1536 of 2018 in O.S.No.625 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
