This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.91 of 2017 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 409 read with 120-B I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 28.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "Mistake of Fact" and filed final report before the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide SR No.3227 of 2018, dated 20.04.2018.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
