Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused No.10, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. This Petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of bail to the petitioner/accused No.10 in Crime No.36 of 1994 on the file of Gambhiraopet Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 IPC. The crime in this case relates to 1994. PRC.No.52 of 2016 is given and the case is coming up for committal. Earlier bail applications were dismissed. There is no change of circumstances and there is nothing to take a different view. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
