Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to pursue an alternative remedy available under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
