THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2239 of 2016 ORDER:

The contemnor is present.

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 09.09.2016, passed in W.P.No.29806 of 2016. Though an order was passed on 21.11.2016 implementing the order of this Court, since this Court found that there were certain conditions, which made it impossible to comply with the order, the matter was adjourned to today. Today, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court, an Office Order, dated 21.01.2017, passed by the Depot Manager, Tuni continuing the petitioner in service subject to result in W.P.No.29806 of 2016 duly cancelling the order, dated 21.11.2016, and also making him eligible for attendant benefits on par with other regular employees. In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. The presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
