The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.279 of 2016 of Uppal P.S, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 403, 406, 468 & 506 r/w.34 IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the present criminal petition has become infructuous, since the investigation in the above crime, which is sought to be quashed, has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners/A1 & A2 are at liberty to work out other remedies available under law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
