HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER C.C. No. 2473 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 17.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 32759 of 2016.

In pursuance of the interim order dated 19.01.2018 passed by this Court whereby bailable warrants are ordered to be issued, the 1st respondent - Sri V.K.Yada, General Manager, South Central Railway, Secunderabad is present in the Court. Smt. T. Balajayasree, learned Standing Counsel for Railways appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the order dated 17.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.32759 of 2016 has been complied with which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
