This Criminal Revision Case is filed arising out of the order, dated 24.09.2018, in Crl.M.P.No.6984 of 2018 in C.C.No.224 of 2012 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused is not present and there is no representation on his behalf.

Perused the order, dated 24.09.2018, passed by the Court below.

The petitioner has filed the aforesaid Crl.M.P.No.6984 of 2018 under Section 319 Cr.P.C. seeking to add P.W.1 and nine other third parties as accused in the aforesaid Calendar Case. The Court below, on consideration of material available on record, dismissed the application.

The reasons mentioned by the Court below in the impugned order do not require any interference. Hence, the revision case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
