The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/ respondents seeking to quash the order dated 20.07.2016 in Crl.MP.No.5862 of 2016 in D.V.C.No.57 of 2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru.

Heard both sides.

Undisputedly, as the main D.V.C. itself was disposed of by the learned Magistrate, the order is vacated. Liberty is left open if at all there is any executable decree or otherwise for the penal consequence as provided in the Act. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
