This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2009 passed in W.C.No.62 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
