HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43895 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent not to register the lands admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.42, Ac.0-12 guntas in Sy.No.43 and an extent of Ac.0.10, Ac.0.22 and Ac.1-28 guntas in Sy.No.44 situated at Chintapally Village, Dandapalli Mandal, Mancherial District (Erestwhile Adilabad District).

A reading of writ affidavit goes to show that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to approach the civil Court and obtain appropriate orders, since this Court cannot go into disputed questions of fact and declare the title of the parties by exercising extraordinary equitable jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India by way of judicial review.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him as suggested in the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
