This writ petition filed for the following relief; " ... to issue Writ or order more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in raising a dispute against the petitioner representing the 4th respondent bank before himself under Section 61 of the A.P.Co-operative Soceities Act, 1964 and there after referring the same to the 2nd respondent under Section 62 of the Act and the 3rd respondent passing award ARC No.24/2015-16, dated 11.10.2017, as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of procedure contemplated under Section 61& 62 of the Act and set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and property....."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation submits that against the impugned award, remedy is provided to the petitioner under Section 76 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, before the Co-operative Tribunal. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that earlier when petitioner approached this Court, conditional order was passed by this Court and the same was not complied by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.
