THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23260 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that he passed SSC and ITI (Electrician) and hails from an agricultural family. They own an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas of land in Survey No.1144 of Chelpur Village, Ghanpur Mandal in Warangal District. The land was acquired for the purpose of establishment of Kakatiya Thermal Power Project and an award was passed on 07.08.2006. At the time of acquisition of the land, it was assured that one of the family members of the land losers would be provided employment and in fact the father of the petitioner was asked to submit an application for appointment while filling up of the post in Kakatiya Thermal Power Project at the time of passing of the award. The second respondent for the first time issued a notification on 22.04.2013 for the post of Security Guard to be filled up on regular basis.

The petitioner applied for the same enclosing the relevant certificates and when no hall ticket was issued to the petitioner, he approached this Court and filed W.P.No.5029 of 2014 and pursuant to the directions in the said Writ Petition, hall ticket was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner appeared for physical measurement rest and physical efficiency test on 21.02.2014. The petitioner was informed that all the applications of the land losers were sent to the District Selection Committee and the third respondent is the Chairman of the said Committee. The petitioner came to know that one B.Suresh, who filed the Writ Petition along with the petitioner, got appointment, whereas the petitioner did not get the orders of appointment. He submitted a representation on 02.03.

2016 to the third respondent and he also submitted a representation to the fourth respondent on 06.03.2016. When no action was taken by respondent Nos.3 and 4, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the facts stated above and in view of the pendency of

the representations of the petitioner dated 02.03.2016 before the third respondent and 06.03.2016 before the fourth respondent, this Court is inclined to disposed of the Writ Petition directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner and take necessary action for consideration of the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
