Heard counsel for petitioner.

Petitioner had filed this Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.13.11.2018 in I.A.No.1538 of 2018 in O.S.No.1310 of 2018 of the V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar directing the petitioner to furnish security of Rs.40,00,000/- in 48 hours from the time of receipt of notice and on failure to furnish such security, to attach the suit schedule property.

Since the petitioner can as well move the said Court for raising attachment invoking Order XXXVIII Rule 6 CPC, I am not inclined to admit this Revision.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Court below to decide I.A.No.1538 of 2018 in O.S.No.1310 of 2018 pending on its file, on or before 30.06.2019, taking into account the counter affidavit filed by the petitioner in the said I.A., and after hearing both sides. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
