This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.150 of 2016 of Station House Officer, Ghatkesar Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 420 & 406 of IPC r/w. Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. It is represented that in the above crime, charge sheet has already been filed, and in that view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioner/A4 seeks permission for withdrawal of criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application as and when required.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
