Heard Mr.Ambati Sudhakara Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in not concluding investigation in Cr.No.643 of 2013 on the file of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District and moreover interfering in the civil disputes relating to property admeasuring Ac.3.55 Cents at Garikapadu Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District, as being illegal, arbitrary and principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to conclude the investigation in Cr.No.643 of 2013 on the file of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District and not to interfere in the civil disputes relating to property admeasuring Ac.3.55 Cents at Garikapadu Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District....." .

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions from respondents 3 and 4, makes a statement that the Investigating Officer will complete the investigation and file report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C.

The statement is placed on record.

Respondents 3 and 4 are directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
