ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dt.04-01-2016 for demolition of the fencing raised by the petitioner over the land to an extent of Ac.10-00 guntas in Sy.No.1 of Hasmathpet village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R.District as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish and not to remove the fencing raised by the petitioner over the land to an extent of Ac.10-00 guntas in Sy.No.1 of Hasmathpet village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R.District for protection from the encroachers and land grabbers."

At the hearing, Sri N.M.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the

petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.1890 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
