This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in taking action against the illegal erection of stone pillars on 10 feet public lane in Ward No.21 of Jagtial Municipality, Karimnagar District, by respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (TS), appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that the officials of respondent No.2 will visit the subject land and remove the stone pillars, if any, raised by respondent No.4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of by placing on record the above mentioned submissions of the learned Standing Counsel.
