Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer at Sircilla, in disposing of the Appeal No.2447 of 2018 dated 12.10.2018 filed by the petitioner for rectification of the entries made in the revenue records in respect of subject property, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, as the petitioner is seeking to dispose of the appeal filed by her, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, which is referred to above, in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other effected parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
