HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3206 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court dated 16-04-2018 in WP.No.30469 of 2015.

Learned Government Pleader for General Administration submits that in pursuance of the orders of this Court in the writ petition, they have considered the case of the petitioner and passed orders. As such, there is no violation of orders passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to canvass the correctness of the order, but the same cannot be entertained. The correctness or otherwise of the order cannot be gone into in the contempt case.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by respondents, in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the same. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
