THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43958 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Sri Pasam Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the respondents herein, that the authority under the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (for brevity, 'the Act'), passed an order, under Section 45-A of the Act, on 18.07.2018 and, without questioning the same, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the appeal remedy against the said order passed, under Section 45-A of the Act, in accordance with the Act, Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
