ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication as the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the seizure of the car and during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have sold away the car in public auction.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
