Gokhale, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions not to press this writ petition since the petitioners desire to file appropriate proceedings for quashing of the criminal case.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings, as aforementioned, for quashing of the criminal case, if the law so permits. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
